"Choosing Debbie Deangelo and her team to help with buying my first home was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Debbie is a fierce negotiator who is truly looking out for the best interest of her client. For instance, we were having some issues with the selling agent having the sewer line cleaned and inspected (I had already paid for a sewer scope but couldn’t get into the sewer line). I told Debbie to just forget about it and that I would deal with it later. Her response was “I’m not done fighting for this” and she successfully negotiated hydrojetting the sewer line and having it inspected AND having the video sent directly to me even though the sellers paid for it. I was very impressed and thankful for her determination. I was a Home Inspector for almost 2 years and I’ve met and dealt with A LOT of realtors and I can honestly say Debbie and her team are the best in the business. Lisa Ozark, who works with Debbie, went out of her way many times to show us homes that were over an hour drive from their office. It didn’t matter if it was late or if it was on a Sunday or if they were busy. They always made it work somehow and never once made me feel like an inconvenience for them. They are both hardworking and honest, reasonable and personable, and they both have extensive knowledge of the home buying process and will always work in your best interest. I would absolutely recommend Debbie Deangelo and Lisa Ozark to any of my friends and family who are looking to buy or sell a home. I am very thankful for both of them!"

"Within 24 hours of locating a property and viewing it Debbie negotiated a purchase agreement that was lower than our original expectations. Furthermore, post inspection negotiations took place wherein we were able to purchase the home for less than the original asking price, In a market where inventory is low and offers exceed asking price this was a fabulous experience, especially when we saw at least six other realtors bringing clients through on the same day. The DeAngelo team also provided excellent advice and resources on inspection teams to ensure the home was professionally reviewed from the sewer lines, to radon, to full inspection services on the roof, foundation, structure and all other elements of the home. We couldn't have been more pleased with the process and the follow up we received."

It was my first home selling experience, so I needed a lot of direction all along the process. She set up a great photographer and gave me hints to help my house show in the best possible way.
